Paul Stanley, principal in PS Promotions, Inc., a 25-year Event and Retail Marketing firm. Stanley created the marketing discipline of Event Marketing and built the largest firm of its kind in the world. He is widely acknowledged as the leader and authority in his industry. He is also a professor of marketing at Northwestern Grad school. Among PS Promotions clients are Dial Corporation, Mead Johnson, Ford Motor Company, Proctor & Gamble, Philip Morris and Chrysler, to name a few. His entertainment clients have run the spectrum from Sinatra, Tony Bennett and The Beach Boys to Ringo Starr, Manilow, Wynonna, Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers, among many others. Stanley has completed many condominium conversions in the Chicago area over the past 6 years (60+ units). He will use only the best co-developers, architects and team to build The Huron Club for himself, and will provide the same demanding amenities and comforts to all who become his neighbors.

"I love people I just dont want to live with all of them." says Stanley. Therefore he is building the exclusive signature boutique community he calls The Huron Club.

"People say Im nuts for living in my own development, I say, my neighbors and future friends are entitled to the same that I demand as an owner. If something's not right, I'll make it right. Thats why I don't have any trepidation about living in something I'm so proud to build and live in.
